This is an instant dosa variety prepared from healthy broken wheat. Broken wheat is prepared by grinding raw wheat coarsely. There is no refining of wheat involved. Because of its rich fiber content, broken wheat is substituted for rice especially for diabetic people. Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup Broken wheat Soak for 15 minutes
  • 3-4 Tbsp Grated Coconut
  • Salt To taste
  • Water As required
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Grind broken wheat with require water until smooth and fine rava like texture.
  • Grind coconut with little water to make a coarse paste.
  • Mix both ground broken wheat and coconut by adding required salt and water.
  • Heat up a dosa pan, keep the flame at medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the ground batter on the hot tawa and spread in a circular motion.
  • Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook for a minute or until the base turns slightly brown. Flip to the other side and cook for another minute. Flip again, and transfer.
  • Serve hot with any side dish of your choice.
