Instructions
Cut and clean the fish. Slice into rounds.
Grind all the ingredients together and make a fine paste.
In a bowl take fish pieces and marinate with this mix.
Cover with a lid and keep in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. When oil is heated, spread 2-3 curry leaves spring in this. Then arrange fish pieces on top of the curry leaves and deep fry the fish.
Shallow fry each side.
Serve Kerala Style Fish Fry hot and crisp with noon day meals.
