Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices Bread white or Brown bread
  • 4-5 nos Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Carrot
  • 3 tsp Chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 5-6 Curry leaves
  • 3 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Bread slices into small pieces and keep them separately
  • Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti and burst the Mustard Seeds in this hot Oil. Then add the Carrot pieces and chopped Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Curry leaves and stir the mix well.
  • When colour of these ingredients turns into golden, break the Eggs and add the contents (White and Yolk) of the Eggs and required quantity of Salt into this mix and stir it well (no water should be added at any stage).
  • Before getting the Egg contents dried, add the Bread pieces and stir the mix well.
  • Bread & Egg Uppuma is ready and serve this hot Uppuma for Break-fast/Dinner or with eveing Tea/Cool drinks.
