Combo Meal-Ghee Rice-Chicken Gravy-Fried Chicken

Combo meals are the combination of two or three things.It is a very good combo meal plan which includes Ghee rice,Chicken gravy and fried chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • For Ghee Rice
  • 1.5k g Biriyani rice soak for 20 min
  • Cinnamon stick small pc
  • 5 Clove
  • 3 Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seed
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Salt as required
  • 2.5 cup Water
  • For gravy;
  • 250 g Chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • Ginger garlic green chill

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan with 5 tbsp oil/ghee.add cinnamon stick,clove,cardamom,salt and water.
  • When the water starts boil,add rice and cook till done.
  • Ghee rice os ready now.topped it with some fried onion,cashew nuts and raisins.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onion and lemon in it for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree
  • Add all remaining masalas,coriander leaves,salt and 3 cup water.
  • When the water starts boil add chicken pieces and potato.cook until the chicken is well cooked and the gravy gets thick.
  • Take out the chicken pieces from chicken gravy and shallow fry it in hot oil.
  • Combo Meal-Ghee rice-Chicken Gravy-Fried Chicken is Ready now.
