In a pressure cooker heat ghee and oil and add cumin seeds when it splutters add onions and saute for a minute.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add green peas and capsicm and stir for 2 minutes until it becomes soft.
Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder saute for 5 minutes.
Add paneer pieces and capsicm and saute for 5 minutes.
Add washed rice and saute for 2 minutes.
Add coriander leaves to this and stir for a minute.
Add 1 cup water and salt to this stir all together.
Pressure cook for 2 whistle in stove.Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Now special paneer peas pulav is ready to serve
We can serve hot.
