Ingredients
  

  • Chicken : 1 k gm
  • Onion : 4 nos
  • Shallots : 8 nos
  • Ginger : 2 inch piece
  • Garlic : 6 cloves
  • Coriander powder : 1 ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder : 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Garam masala : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Coconut Oil : 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves : 5 springs

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and put oil in it, when the oil gets hot add sliced onion, garlic, shallots, ginger, salt and stir well until it gets brown.
  • Add coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken in to it.
  • Mix the chicken well with the batter and add little water then close the pan to make it boil.
  • Wait till the chicken gets boiled and then transfer to the serving dish after adding coriander leaves.
