Chilli powder

Tamarind thick pulp

tbsp
Rice powder

Turmeric powder
Oil for frying
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
Wash and clean the fish.
Marinate with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, tamarind pulp and rice powder. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a tawa.
Place the fishes one by one and fry on a medium flame till each side gets well cooked.
