Instructions
Heat oil in the pan.
Add the tomatoes & fry for 4 mins.
Add capsicum, green chillies, tamarind and garlic and fry for another 5 mins until everything is cooked.
Add salt to taste.
Cool down completely.
Grind in the mixie to a coarse consistency.
Tranfer to a vessel.
Prepare a seasoning with oil, mustard seeds, black gram, cumin seeds and curry Leaves.
Pour this seasoning on the top of the ground mixture in the vessel.
:- Serve with idlis & dosas.
