Instant Wheat Dosa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp All purpose flour(Maida)
  • Salt As required
  • Water As required
  • Ghee As reqd

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl mix wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and required water. Check for consistency and add more water only if required. Do not make it watery. Rest the batter for 5-10 minutes.
  • Now carefully pour a spoonful of the dosa batter over a hot tawa and spread it slowly. Sprinkle ½ or 1 tsp of ghee on top.
  • When the base is crisp and golden, flip the dosa and cook. When both sides are cooked well, remove from pan.
  • Serve Instant Wheat Dosa immediately with chutney or any veg or non veg gravy.
