Simple Banana Snack

Banana is one fruit which is cheap, nutritious and is easily available through out the year.In most Indian homes overripe bananas are there

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe plantain
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Milk powder mix it with 3 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 10 Cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp Rava
  • Salt pinch
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut the banana into small pieces.
  • Smash it with a wooden spoon or with the back of a steel glass.
  • Add sugar and smash again
  • Add grated coconut and milk powder mix.
  • Add 1 tbsp rava.
  • Add cardamom powder,salt and corn flour and combine well.
  • Finally add some nuts and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry till nice brown in colour.
  • Simple and tasty banana snack is ready now.
