Mayonnaise Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos. Broccoli leaves
  • 2 nos. Lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Yellow capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 no. Carrot (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 no. Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Sprouted moong dal
  • 1 tsp White pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the vegetables and keep it ready.
  • Cut the veggies
  • Mix all the chopped vegetables together in a bowl. Add salt as per taste.
  • Add pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Toss well.
  • Mayo Vegetable salad is ready now. Serve the delicious salad with any meal or with roasted chicken breast.
