Kashmiri Pulao With Fruits And Nuts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Biriyani rice/Basmati rice
  • Pineapple chopped
  • Apple 1 cup chopped
  • Cherries 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom 2
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 10 Cashew nuts
  • 10 Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp GarmMasala
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel tsp
  • Coriander leaves few
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 cup cooked rice and keep it ready.
  • Take all the ingredients and keep it ready.
  • Heat oil and ghee in a vessel and add cashew nuts and raisins one by one.
  • Add the chopped fruits and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add garam masala,pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix in the rice and cook on low flame for 2 minutes and switch it off.
  • Kashmiri Pulao with Fruits and nuts is ready now.
