Mushroom Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Mushroom
  • 2 onion
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Chilly
  • 1 tbsp Crushed ginger garlic
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the mushroom into small pieces.
  • Add all the spice powders and salt one by one into a vessel
  • Add 1/2 cup coconut milk and cover the top.the mushrooms will take some minutes too cook.you can cook the mushrooms on a low to medium flame.the water should dry up completely and the mushrooms should become golden from sides.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add crushed ginger garlic,grated coconut and curry leaves.saute for few seconds.
  • Add chopped onion,salt and saute until soft.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute for few minutes.
  • Then add cooked mushroom saute for 4 to 5 minutes on a low flame till the mixture becomes dry and the masala has coated the mushrooms.
  • Mushroom Roast is ready now.
