Heat ghee in a pan and toast the banana until golden brown in colour.Then add grated coconut,sugar and raisins.cook for another 3-4 minutes and remove from the flame.
Whisk the egg with sugar and cardamom powder.
Add small bread pieces and mix well.
Add the coconut banana mixture and level it.
Pour the remaining egg bread mixture over it,close the lid and cook for 25-30 minutes is very low flame.
Flip it over a fry pan and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
