Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Onion
  • 3 nos. Green chilly
  • Ginger small pc
  • 1 handful Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt : As required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Kerala Ulli Vada, take a vessel and add sliced onion, crushed ginger, chopped green chilly and curry leaves.
  • Squeeze well with hand by adding required salt.
  • Add gram flour and all purpose flour.
  • Mix it well and make the batter, sprinkle some water only if needed.
  • Crispy and Tasty Road side onion vada is ready now.
