Bakery Chicken Cutlet

These are simply the round shaped cutlets with Chicken and potatoes which are coated in bread crumbs and fried in oil.Spicy Bakery style cutlets are a favourite tea time snack that can be easily prepared in our home,we just require a little bit free time to prepare.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Chicken cooked and shredded
  • 3 potatoes cooked and mashed
  • 3 green chilly chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • curry leaves few
  • bread crumbs
  • 2 egg
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste,saute till the onion turns golden brown in colour.
  • Add chopped green chilly, all masalas and mashed potatoes.mix wellsp.ylp
  • Add shredded chicken,chopped coriander leaves and combine well.Turn off the flame.
  • Knead it well with your hand.
  • Shape it into half inch size flat cutlets.
  • Dip the cutlets in beaten egg
  • Cover it in bread crumbs.
  • Again dip each cutlets in egg and bread crumbs so that the each cutlets have a thich coating with bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry each cutlets until nice brown in colour.
  • Tasty Bakery style cutlet is ready now.

Notes

1.Cook the chicken with 1 tsp pepper powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric powder and salt as required.
2.Cook the potatoes with salt as required
