Curry Leaves

Instructions
Heat oil in a kadai and add crushed ginger and garlic.
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Saute for 1 minute and add curry leaves.
Then add sliced egg pieces.
Combine the eggs with the masala slowly and cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.
Convert into a plate and serve!:-)
