Here I'm going to share a very tasty malabar special Spicy Beef Fry.cook the beef in a spicy aromatic masala and slow roasted it with curry leaves in coconut oil.I prepared it for my friends and family,and have been wanted to write a recipe post.So lets go through the recipe...

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Beef
  • 2 small Ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Shallots chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seed
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 stem Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • clean and cut the beef into small pieces.
  • Take a pressure cooker and add beef,crushed ginger garlic and chopped shallots.
  • Add all masala powders
  • Mix it well
  • Pressure cook it fo 6-7 whistle.Open the lid and
  • Heat oil in a iron skillet and add curry leaves.
  • Add cooked beef and fry it for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
  • Malabar special spicy beef fry is ready now.
