Milk powder coconut ladoo is a simply delicious ladoo recipe. All you need is milk powder and desiccated coconut. This recipe is really easy to make and will not take more than 15 minutes. Now let me give you the recipe of tasty milk powder coconut ladoo.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a pan and add milk and milk powder. Now mix all ingredients well till it becomes a smooth paste. Just make sure to keep the heat low. Stir it continuously for 2 minutes.
  • Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Now again mix it well and cook for 3 minutes in low flame. Continuous stirring is very important.
  • Add desiccated coconut and mix it well with milk powder mixture. Milk powder mixture starts getting dried up and becomes thick after adding desiccated coconut. Do not make it too dry. Turn off the flame now.
  • Once the mixture has cooled down to right temperature, let's start making ladoos. Make medium sized balls and roll it in desiccated coconut powder.
  • Now the delicious Milk Powder Coconut Ladoo is ready now. Garnish it with crushed pistachios.
