Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 3 nos Tomato
  • 2 nos Green chilly
  • Ginger crushed
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder preferably Kashmiri Chilly
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chicken masala
  • 1 tbsp Corander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Tomato Chicken Curry, first heat oil in a pressure cooker and add fenugreek seeds. When it starts to splutter, add chopped onion and salt. Saute until onion turns golden brown in colour. Then add crushed ginger and garlic.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and green chilly. Saute until it is soft.
  • Add all powdered masalas and mix well.
  • Add cleaned chicken, combine well and cook for three whistles.
  • Now the curry is ready, add some curry leaves and mix well.
  • Tasty Tomato Chicken Curry is ready.
