Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti and add Cumin seeds into this hot oil and stir it
Add the Green Chilli and Onion slices
Add Red Chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala powder and Salt also and stir it well.
When colour of this mix turns into golden/brown, add the boiled and smashed Potato and Coriander leaves and stir it further. Masala for the Samosas is ready.
Make a paste of Maida maavu adding 2-3 tspns. of water and keep this paste aside.
Cut and remove the four sides (brown portion) of the breads
Then flatten the Bread(s) by using a Rolling-pin or something like that.
Take the flattened bread in hand, give it a shape of cone by folding it from both sides and close them with the Maida maavu paste. Fill the bread slice with already prepared Masala and pres all sides of the bread slice with thumb (without giving much pressure) and keep them aside
Heat Oil in a frying pan/Cheenachatti and add the Masala filled Bread Slices into this hot Oil and fry them properly
When the bread slices are fried properly, take them out and keep in a serving plate. Bread Samosas ready. These Samosas can serve with Tomato sauce/Onion Chutney etc
