Cook chicken with pepper powder,turmeric powder and salt.and shred the chicken.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger,garlic,green chilly and onion with some salt.saute it until light golden brown in colour.
Transfer cooked chicken,mix well with masala,then add pepper powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,coriander leaves and curry leaves.mix well and switch off the flame.let this stuffing to cool.
Combine all purpose flour with salt and water as required.make it to a thick batter.
Steam bread slices for 2-3 minutes.
Apply gum in all edges and place 1-2 tbsp filling in its middle.
Fold it and press.steal the gap with gum if required.
Now we are going to toast the bread.dip the bread samosa in beaten egg and toast in ghee.toast both sides until crispy and light brown in colour.
Now our tasty chicken bread samosa is ready to serve.
