Cook the chicken with pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt and water as required.Mince the cooked chicken and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion
When it turns to light brown in colour,add chopped green chilly,ginger garlic paste and saute again for 2-3 minutes again.
Add pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt,chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and minced chicken.combine well and remove from the flame.
Grease the idli mould with some oil,crack the eggs carefully and drop one by one in the idli mould
Add 1 tsp chicken masala filling on each egg top.
Steam cook for 5 minutes.let it cool and remove from the flame.
Marinate the steamed egg stuffed chicken
Shallow fry it in hot oil.
Steamed egg stuffed chicken is ready.
