Banana Coconut Cake

Banana coconut cake is one among the my own expirimental recipe.The coconut part gives it that little extra taste that makes a whole lot of diffrences.Banana cake doesnt rice much probably because of the banana,but this Banaan coconut cake is moist,

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Banana
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 egg
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
  • 5 no cashew nuts
  • 10 no raisins
  • Oil for frying banana

Instructions
 

  • Cut the banana into small pieces and fry until golden brown in colour.
  • Roast grated coconut,cashew nuts and raisins for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Whisk 3 eggs and sugar in a bowl.add fried banana into it and mix well.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and pour the half portion of tge banana egg mixture into it.
  • Add roasted coconut.
  • Pour the remaining banana egg mixture and spread some roasted cashew nuts and raisins on its top.close the lid,remove the whistle and cook for 25-30 minutes in low flame.
  • Banana coconut cake is ready to serve.
