Banana coconut cake is one among the my own expirimental recipe.The coconut part gives it that little extra taste that makes a whole lot of diffrences.Banana cake doesnt rice much probably because of the banana,but this Banaan coconut cake is moist,
Cut the banana into small pieces and fry until golden brown in colour.
Roast grated coconut,cashew nuts and raisins for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside.
Whisk 3 eggs and sugar in a bowl.add fried banana into it and mix well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and pour the half portion of tge banana egg mixture into it.
Add roasted coconut.
Pour the remaining banana egg mixture and spread some roasted cashew nuts and raisins on its top.close the lid,remove the whistle and cook for 25-30 minutes in low flame.
