Yogurt Kadhi

Yogurt kadhi is one of the simplest recipe you could make, it need just a handful of ingredients and taste yummy with plain cooked rice.There are so many methods of preparing this kadhi and here is a simple way mostly followed in all places. This goes excellent with rice.

Ingredients
  

  • yogurt 1 cup
  • turmeric 1/4 sp
  • coriander powder 1 sp
  • cumin powder 1 sp
  • red chili powder 1 sp
  • olive oil 2 sp
  • cumin seeds 1 sp
  • bay leaf 1
  • chili 1
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • garlic 2 flakes
  • ginger 1 bit
  • seasoning
  • mustard 1 sp
  • red chili 1
  • curry leaves few.

Instructions
 

  • temper olive oil with bay leaf, red chili, mustard, cumin,
  • add slit onions and salt to this.
  • add chopped ginger garlic.
  • now add tomatoes and red chili powder , coriander powder, cumin powder and turmeric.
  • now beat the yogurt finely with water and pour to kadhi
  • season oil with mustard ,red chili, curry leaves , pour in kadhi and serve.
