Baked Stuffed Mushroom

Baked Stuffed Mushroom is a simple, fabulous appetizer for any occasions. Mushroom caps are baked with a creamy Cheese and Vegetable filling creating a rich and hearty appetizer to start off a party or Thanksgiving dinner. Any type of vegetables can be used for the stuffing of your choice. This delicious, cheesy mushroom will be definitely loved by kids. Try this simple dish in your home!!!!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Grated cheese
  • 1 Red capsicum
  • 1 Green capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Mixed Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Olive oil
  • Coriander leaves / Parsley few
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stems of mushrooms and keep it aside
  • Chop the stems of mushrooms and the vegetables
  • Finely chop the onions and coriander leaves / Parsley
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add onions and ginger garlic paste and fry till the smell goes and onion becomes slight brown in color
  • Add the vegetables one by one and cook till it is half cooked
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Then add herbs and pepper powder and mix well
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and switch off the flame
  • In an oil greased plate place the mushrooms and stuff with the vegetable mixture
  • Spread the grated cheese on top of the stuffings
  • Place it in a preheated oven for 12 minutes in 180 degree Celsius
  • Bake it and serve
