Raw Mango Paneer Pulao
Raw Mango Paneer pulao is very different and unique dish which we usually do the paneer pulao or raw mango rice but here its combination of both. its very tasty and little bit sour too. its very rich in nutrition food.

2 cups Boiled rice 1 1/2 cup mixed vegetables 1 pack paneer 1/2 raw mango 2 onion 1 tomato 1 green chili 1 bay leaf, cloves and cinnamon 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder garam masala 2 tsp salt to taste oil 2 tbsp bay leaf 3 no. cinnamon small piece clove 2 no. cashew nut 10 no. ghee 2 tsp coriander leaves 2 tsp
Chop all vegetables and keep aside
In pan add oil and temper bay leaf and cloves and cinnamon
Now add onion and green chili
Now add tomato and saute well and now add all powders and ginger garlic paste and saute well
Now add vegetables and saute well
Now add raw mango and cashew and in mean time roast paneer with oil and keep aside
Now add little water and bring to boil combine and add paneer
when it semi dry add boiled rice mix gently and transfer to serving bowl
Raw Mango Paneer pulao is ready to serve
