Oat Sesame Laddoo

Oats sesame ladoo recipe or oats peanut laddu – Healthy ladoo that go well in the snack box or as after school or evening snack. oats laddu is one of the easy Indian sweets recipes. Dry roast oats powder, sesame seeds, and peanuts separately and blend in a mixer with jaggery . add cardamom powder for flavour and ghee for binding it to a laddoo.

Ingredients
  

  • oats 1 cup
  • peanuts 1/2 cup
  • sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  • jaggery 1 1/4 cup
  • cardamom 2
  • ghee 3 tsp

Instructions
 

  • make a powder of oats and dry roast it
  • dry roast peanuts separately
  • dry roast sesame seeds
  • put all three in a mixer jar along with jaggery and cardamom
  • to this mixture add ghee and mix well
  • tightly press and hold to balls ans serve.
