Cloves 100g
Cumin seed 100g
pepper seed 100g
poppy seed 100g
fennel seed 100g
bay leaf 100g

Instructions
Dry fry the all the spices for 5 mins in lower flame
Allow to cool.
grind it in smooth and fine powder.
store in closed container. now home made garam masala is ready
