Aloo Gobi Curry

Aloo gobi curry is made as a dry curry as well as the vegetables bind to gether and makes a good combo for rotis and chappatis. The vegetables are chopped to desired sizes and sauteed in oil along with onions. the spice powders are added and kept stired till it turns soft and tasty to eat.

Ingredients
  

  • gobi 1cup
  • aloo 1cup
  • mustard 1sp
  • curry leaf few
  • onions 1/2 cup
  • green chilli 1
  • capsicum 1/2 cup
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • cumin powder 1 sp
  • aum chur powderr 1 sp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • in pan saute onions, curry leafs, green chilli
  • add chopped gobi , aloo, and capsicums
  • add the spice powders and ginger garlic paste
  • cook till soft and oil separates
