Marinate boiled eggs and paneer in a mixture of red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and besan powder. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Now take a pan and toss the marinated eggs and paneer in hot butter. Fry till paneer cubes are light golden in color.
Pour oil in a pan and fry the spices(cinnamon, cloves and cardamom), ginger garlic paste, onions, green chilli and mint. Fry till onions are golden brown.
Add tomato puree and salt. Saute well.
Now add soaked rice and stir for few mins. Add hot water and cook rice.
When the rice is 3/4th cooked, add the tossed eggs and paneer.
Cover the lid for 10 mins and serve the dish hot.
