Ingredients
  

  • For dough
  • Maida : 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • For Masala:
  • Egg : 3 nos
  • Onion : 1/2 no
  • capsicum 1/2 no.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the dish, first prepare a firm dough with maida, salt and water. Make sure that the dough is not too watery. Otherwise the dough will stick to hands.
  • Meanwhile, chop the onion and capsicum into small pieces.
  • In a pan heat oil and saute the onion and capsicum to a golden brown color.
  • Add egg and mix well.
  • Add salt, pepper, garam masala and cumin powder.
  • Cook until it gets scrambled.
  • Take a small ball from dough and roll it.
  • Place the prepared egg scramble into the rolled out dough.
  • Start folding and form the pleats one by one. Take care while folding.
  • Steam momos for 15 minutes.
  • Now egg momos is ready to serve. Serve the snack with a cup of hot tea. Momos are the easiest of dishes that can be prepared in a jiffy. Note the healthy dish in your menu chart for quick reference.
