Ingredients
  

  • Boiled Tapioca 1 cup
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • corn flour 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Cut the boiled Tapioca into small piece
  • In a bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt and water
  • make a batter
  • heat the oil in the pan and take one by one tapioca pieces, dip in the batter and deep fry it
  • Now tapioca fritter is ready to serve
