Panna Cotta.
Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin. Panna Cotta is a very basic pudding and need a few ingredients.

- 500 ml Milk
- 200 ml Fresh cream
- 3 tsp Gelatin
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
Soak gelatin in a little milk until soft.
In a saucepan, add fresh cream, sugar , stir it and brings to boil over low flame.
Add the soaked gelatin and milk and keep stirring until the gelatin has dissolved, do not boil.
Switch off the flame. Let it cool and add the vanilla essence.
Pour this to a bowl, keep in fridge for an hour until set.
Panna Cotta is ready to serve. Enjoi with your family.
