Banana coconut fry/pazham varattiyadhu is a simple sweet snack made with bananas.bananas are the excellent source of vitamin B,soluble fibre,pottassium and they are good for kids

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • Cardamom powder a small pinch
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 4 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Cut bananas into small pieces
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry bananas until it becomes light brown in color
  • Add grated coconut,sugar,cashew nuts,raisins and cardamom powder into it.fry it again for 3-4 minutes
  • Yummy pazham varattiyadhu is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
