Dahi Aloo

Dahi aloo is a dish basically done for breads. It is a recipe made to spread in breads as a masala usually taken up in the evenings. Dahi aloo is easy to make and it is a quick dish. The taste of this dish is awesome . The sabji is preparedd sauting the onions and ginger garlic paste then adding up the spices and salt ,finally adding the masala and curd.

Ingredients
  

  • cooked and mashed potatoes 1 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp
  • onions chop 1/2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • garam masala 1 sp
  • red chilli powder 1 sp
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • in oil add ginger garlic paste and onions
  • to this add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt
  • add mashed potatoes and curd ,cook untill the moisture absorbs and serve.
