Easy Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken is a dish that is been lovable by all ages . This is a very easy chicken tandoori recipe as this is done in 3 to 4 steps. marinate the chicken with spices and set in fridge for 1/2 an hour. Keep this chicken in flame till the water oozes out from the chicken and chicken gets cooked in the same water. Now we put those cooked pieces in strainer and burn it in flame with ghee and serve. That simple is these delicious easy tandoori chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • chicken 1/2 kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp
  • salt to taste
  • curd 4 sp
  • red chilli powder 2sp
  • red color 1/4 sp
  • ghee 3 sp
  • lemon 1/2

Instructions
 

  • marinate chicken with ginger garlic , salt red chilli powder, curd, red color for 1/2 an hour in fridge.
  • after 1/2 an hour keep it in flame cook without adding water for the water will ooze out from chicken
  • when the chicken is cook put few pieces in strainer and show it to gas top adding ghee
  • squeeze lemon on top and serve with onions
