Ingredients
  

  • 4 slice bread
  • 3 no egg
  • 1 no onion
  • 2 no tomato
  • ginger small piece
  • 4 no garlic
  • 1/2 no capsicum
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Bread Egg Upma, finely chop the ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum.
  • Make tomato as puree.
  • Heat the oil in the pan and temper the ginger and garlic.
  • Add onion and saute it for 3 mins.
  • Add capsicum and mix it.
  • Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it.
  • Add tomato puree and mix it.
  • Add sugar and mix it.
  • Allow to cook until the masala get cooked.
  • In one side of the pan add egg.
  • Add pepper to the egg and make as scramble.
  • Now mix all the masala with egg.
  • Add bread pieces and mix it.
  • Allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
  • Now bread egg masala is ready to serve.
