Soya chunks balls are easy to make, good for any time of the day. They are healthy, nutritious and delicious. This is also a great after school snacks for school going kids.

soya bean 1 cup
onion 1 no.
green chili 1 no.
besan flour 5 tsp
maida 2 tsp
corn flour 3 tsp
rice flour 2 tsp
salt to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
tomato sauce 3 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
oil to fry
Instructions
soak the soya chunks in water for 20 mins and filter the water
grind the soya chunks without adding water
in a bowl add grind soya chunks, chopped onion, green chili, besan flour, maida, corn flour, rice flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste
mix well
make a small balls
heat the oil and deep fry it
now crispy soya chunks balls is ready to serve, serve with sauce
