tomatoes
1/2bunch
coriander leaves
1tsp
garlic n ginger paste
A Pinch
turmeric powder
1/2tsp
black pepper
1/2tsp
red chilli powder
1/2tsp
garam masala
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Make a fine paste of tomatoes and coriander leaves
Take a pan and saute Garlic and ginger paste in oil.
Add liver pieces and cook till water drains.
Add grinded paste and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Mix in all dry masala powders and Cook for another 5 to 10 mins
Serve with rice or roti.
