For preparing prawns masala ada, marinat the cleaned prawns with chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Deep fry it in oil.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a vessel and saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder until it gets light brown in color.
Add fried prawns into it.
Add curry leaves and saute it again for 2 minutes.
Knead the rice flour with salt and water as required.
Take a medium sized ball from the kneaded dough and press it on a banana leaf. Spoon in the masala into it and fold it.
Steam cook for 20-30 minutes.
Serve it as an evening snack, for break fast, for dinner or while breaking fast.
