finely chop the onion, tomato
heat the oil and ghee
temper the fennel seed, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves
add onion and curry leaves and saute it for 5 mins until the onion turn into colour
add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow to raw smell goes out
add turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix well
add 1 glass of water and allow the masala to get cooked
add tomato and mix it and allow to cook for2 mins
add mutton, salt and pepper and mix well
keep it in medium flame and cook for 5 mins
now add required water and allow the mutton get cooked
once the mutton get cooked and the water get dry add grated coconut and mix it
garnish with coriander leaves, now mutton milagu is ready to serve
