Dates Bonda

Dates Bonda is an easy and also a simple snack prepared during the time of Iftar. Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals. It is a very healthy snack too.

Ingredients
  

  • 15 Dates remove the seeds
  • 1/4 cup Maida flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, add dates, maida flour, sugar and salt.
  • Mix all the above ingredients with required water.
  • Heat oil in a pan,fry each dates along with batter.Make sure dates are coated with batter. Dates Bonda is ready. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
