Wheat Pizza

To improve the nutritional profile of pizza, include whole-wheat flour in the crust. Whole Wheat Pizza Base is a healthy alternate to the basic white pizza. Bake up pies that rival your local pizzeria's when you keep this easily made dough on hand.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pizza sauce I already posted
  • 1 diced Onion
  • ½ diced Capsicum
  • ¼ cup Mushroom
  • ½ cup Paneer cut in cube
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • In bowl add yeast and sugar and add warm water and keep aside for 10 mins till forthy
  • In bowl add wheat , salt and oil and mix well and add yeast and mix well and make sticky dough
  • Rest for 2-3 hour. Till its double
  • Now Toss onion, mushroom, paneer, and capsicum
  • In pizza tray grease oil and take dough and expand in tray with your hand
  • Now apply pizza sauce and onion, capsicum
  • Now add paneer and mushroom
  • Now sprinkle cheese and little salt (if you wish sprinkle red chili flakes, Italian seasoning). Now in preheated oven bake 20 mins in 180 degree
  • Wheat pizza ready to serve
