Wheat Pizza

1 1/2 cup Wheat 1 tsp Yeast ½ tsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Pizza sauce I already posted 1 diced Onion ½ diced Capsicum ¼ cup Mushroom ½ cup Paneer cut in cube ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese grated 2 tsp Oil 1 tsp Olive Oil
In bowl add yeast and sugar and add warm water and keep aside for 10 mins till forthy
In bowl add wheat , salt and oil and mix well and add yeast and mix well and make sticky dough
Rest for 2-3 hour. Till its double
Now Toss onion, mushroom, paneer, and capsicum
In pizza tray grease oil and take dough and expand in tray with your hand
Now apply pizza sauce and onion, capsicum
Now add paneer and mushroom
Now sprinkle cheese and little salt (if you wish sprinkle red chili flakes, Italian seasoning). Now in preheated oven bake 20 mins in 180 degree
Wheat pizza ready to serve
