Masoor Dal Salad

Masoor dal salad is a very refreshing and healthy salad. Green moongs are widely used in India, as dal or sprouted.They are great for breakfast and for evening snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • masoor dal 1 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • tomato 1 no.
  • raw mangao 1/2 no.
  • green chili 2 no.
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil the masoor dal by adding water salt and turmeric powder.
  • allow only 2 to 3 whistle, Dont smash it
  • chop the onion, tomato, raw mango and green chili
  • in a bowl add onion, tomato, green chili, raw mango and boiled masoor dal and mix it
  • add pepper and required salt and mix it
  • garnish with coriander, now masoor dal salad is ready.
