Wash chicken and add red chili powder, salt and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix well and marinate for 15 mins.
In the mean time, soak rice and boil more water with mint and coriander leaves and whole spices.
Now add rice and cook till 70% and drain out the water.
Heat a pan with ghee and fry cashew and raisins and keep aside. Drain ghee.
Now add oil and fry 1 chopped onion and keep aside.
Next, add the marinated chicken pieces, fry to a golden brown color and keep aside.
In another pan add same oil and sauté onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilli.
Next add tomato and sauté well. Add all powder ingredients and saute.
Now add curd and when oil comes out add lemon and cook for a minute.
Next add fried chicken pieces and mix well. Drain excess water in masala.
Now in a heavy bottomed pan add oil and ghee.
Top 2 spoonful's chicken curry, rice and spread evenly.
Now add fried onion and cashew nuts, raisins, garam masala and leaves. Repeat procedure with remaining rice.
Now keep the pan on stove and close lid. Cook in low flame for 15 minutes.
Now the Yummy aromatic Fried Chicken Biriyani is ready to serve.
