Crispy Semiya Mirchi, is an interesting snack recipe, which kids will enjoy . this is a good tea time snack in rainy season. this recipe is too crispy, tasty and delicious

Ingredients
  

  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • ooty mirchi 2 no.
  • aloo 3 no.
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chili 2 no.
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • bread crumbs 3 slice
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • maida 2 tsp
  • corn flour 2 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • par boil the vemiceli
  • chop the onion and green chili
  • boil the aloo and smash it
  • in a bowl add aloo, onion, green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, vermiceli and coriander leaves and mix well
  • make ready of bread crumbs
  • in a bowl add maida, corn flour and little water and make as a batter
  • clean and divide the mirchi but dont the the edge
  • stuff the vermiceli mixture
  • dip in maida batter
  • and spread the bread crumbs
  • heat the oil and fry it until it get crispy
  • now crispy semiya mirchi is ready
