Crispy Semiya Mirchi, is an interesting snack recipe, which kids will enjoy . this is a good tea time snack in rainy season. this recipe is too crispy, tasty and delicious

Vermicelli 1 cup ooty mirchi 2 no. aloo 3 no. onion 1 no. green chili 2 no. red chili powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp bread crumbs 3 slice salt to taste coriander leaves 2 tsp maida 2 tsp corn flour 2 tsp oil to fry
par boil the vemiceli
chop the onion and green chili
boil the aloo and smash it
in a bowl add aloo, onion, green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, vermiceli and coriander leaves and mix well
make ready of bread crumbs
in a bowl add maida, corn flour and little water and make as a batter
clean and divide the mirchi but dont the the edge
stuff the vermiceli mixture
dip in maida batter
and spread the bread crumbs
heat the oil and fry it until it get crispy
now crispy semiya mirchi is ready
