Raw Mango Roll

Ingredients
  

  • Bread slice 4 no.
  • raw mango 1/2 no.
  • aloo 2 no.
  • garlic 2 no.
  • ginger small piece
  • green chili 2 no.
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • maida 3 tsp
  • oil 5 tsp

Instructions
 

  • boil the aloo by adding 1/2 tsp salt and smash it
  • in a kadai heat the oil and temper the cumin seed, chopped ginger, garlic and green chili
  • add smashed aloo and mix it
  • add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and mix well
  • add coriander leaves and mix well
  • add grated raw mango and mix it
  • take a bread slice cut the corner and dip in water and filter it
  • keep the raw mango stuff and roll it
  • dust with maida
  • greeze the aluminum foil in the baking tray and keep the roll bake it for 30 mins in 180 c
  • now raw mango roll is ready to serve
