Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 Onion cubed
  • 1 Tomato cubed
  • 1 Capsicum cubed
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Besan flour
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • curd (Well drained)

Instructions
 

  • Heat a table spoon of butter in a pan; add besan flour in to it.
  • Roast until golden in color and the raw smell goes off.
  • Mix it with all other ingredients
  • marinate for 1 hour
  • Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30minutes. Thread Paneer pieces, tomato, capsicum and onion pieces alternatively on to the skewers.
  • Preheat the oven in 180 c about 10 minutes. Place the skewers on the grill rack (by greasing oil on the rack).
  • Grill it for about 30 minutes (brush each sides with butter after each 15 minutes for more crispy).
  • Now paneer tikka kebab is ready to serve
