Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Ash Gourd whit pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 150 ml water
  • Ginger small piece
  • 1/2 green chili
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • Salt as per taste
  • Curry leaves and coriander little

Instructions
 

  • In blender add all ingredients other than pumpkin and curd blend well
  • Now add pumpkin and blend
  • Now add curd, salt and water blend well
  • Now transfer to glass tumbler and serve .White Pumkin( Ash gourd) Buttermilk is ready
